Save time and stay organized with automated maintenance requests
Tenants can add maintenance requests and landlords are notified. Landlords can add a maintenance requests for a specific lease and can track all communication in one place. Landlords can also enter and track maintenance for a unit or property without contacting tenants.
Tenant Maintenance Request:
- Tenants can select the type of problem, the specific issue, and a summary description
- Tenants can select if this is an emergency
- Tenants can enter a detailed description and attach pictures or a short video
- Tenants can provide permission to enter the unit to make repairs while the tenant is not there
- Landlord receives an email when a new maintenance request is entered
- Tenants can provide additional detail and comments to existing requests
Maintenance Status:
- See a list of all the maintenance requests
- Customize columns with the "Columns" button and save setting with the gear icon
- Filter or sort by any of the columns to find maintenance items
- Click View to see details & history and to update
Maintenance Status Detail:
- Update the status
- Review all the history
- Add new comments
- If the maintenance request is tied to a lease, you can notify tenants
- Create and assign work orders (available in future release)
