- Deposit, rent, and lease term
- Decline for Bankruptcies - Check this box to decline if there are bankruptcies
- Minimum Income to Rent ratio
- Classification - Select conventional or subsidized
- Click Submit. The "Credit and Background Check" button changes to "Report Pending"
- The button changes to "Report" when the applicant has authorized the report
