Shared spaces including washer/dryer, chill-zone, storage throughout and backyard w/fruit trees & garden. There's a studio out back that shares the yard and has their own gated entry and private patio area not for our use. Landlord responsible for lawn care. Tenants are allowed and encouraged to garden with landlord approval. Growing anything cannabis-related will need approval from landlord. Anything requiring excessive utilities will need approval from landlord and current tenants. 

You will be sharing the house w/ 4 tenants ranging from mid-20’s to mid-30’s, 2 friendly dogs & 1 friendly cat. No more pets are allowed. We all work in various industries, and have different schedules. We take Covid-safety, lockdown, and pandemic restrictions seriously. Smoking allowed only in approved locations. Verifiable income needed.
