This FULLY FURNISHED room includes Queen size bed, mirrored dresser, chest of drawers, nightstand, mini-fridge, and smart TV. This room is in a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house located in Chesapeake and central to all Military bases, 10 mins from Greenbrier Mall. Great neighborhood, very quiet, and no crime. Roommates are quiet with the right balance of social activity. You will have the full range of the house except for other bedrooms and Garage. You may have an overnight guest but not EVERY NIGHT. I don't mind small parties/get together but you guests your mess!!! The house is protected by ADT. Please keep in mind this is shared housing, house rules are enforced and are common courtesy. CLEANING IS A SHARED RESPONSIBILITY!!!
