Our program offers clean, fully furnished, drug- and alcohol-free shared housing with clear expectations, accountability, and supportive community living. We are not an emergency shelter and not a treatment facility. Isabel Hope Harbor is a non-clinical transitional living environment designed for men who are motivated, responsible, and ready for the next phase of independence.

Residents follow a structured household model that promotes routine, stability, and personal responsibility while maintaining employment, attending outpatient services, or completing reentry requirements.
