Track Expenses

Add New Expense:

• Date, Amount, Vendor
• Note
• Upload Receipt

Split expense between units:

• Amount
• Category - Use standard tax categories or create custom categories
• Capital Expense
• Property and unit associated with the expense

See expenses entered:

• Filter, Edit, or delete
• Download in excel or CSV formats

Expense Summary Example:

• Excel file
• See a summarized table by property and expense type
• Detailed tab shows a list of all expenses
